My 3/1 ARM adjusted for the first time. Yes, I am still going to try and get a loan mod so I can get this monster fixed, but the news for this year is very good.
My rate adjusted down 1.75%. It will stay at it’s new lower rate for the next year, and it will save me $375 per month. I’m thrilled!
